Summer Day Camp

If you pay in full by May 9 th you will receive a $25 reduction per child toward the full summer fee.
- Camp shirt included when signing up for the summer, otherwise the cost of the shirt is $10.
- Scholarships are available to Conway residents.
Day camp is a structured program held from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm Monday through Thursday. Day campers will play games, cool off in the Sprayground, and participate in arts & crafts and other organized activities. Each week the campers will be given a weekly schedule listing the upcoming activities.
Trips will be taken every Friday (for an additional fee) and are on a first come-first served basis. A North Conway Community Center shirt must be worn on the field . Campers will not be allowed to attend the trips without the shirt. Sign-ups for the trips will be the Monday before the trip and continue until it is filled.
Campers will meet every day at the Community Center or John Fuller School depending on the grade they are entering . Parents are responsible for dropping off and picking up their child at the appropriate time. Campers should bring a snack, lunch, waterproof sunscreen, swimsuit, towel, and clothing for chilly weather. Soda and candy machines are available to campers.
Parents are encouraged and welcomed to participate in Day Camp. If you are interested in chaperoning on a field trip please contact the Community Center.

Sport Camps
Valley Field Hockey Clinic
Valley Field Hockey Clinic is open to any field hockey player interested in tuning their skills and knowledge.
The clinic will be held August 11 th –14 th for anyone entering grades 4-9. For grade 7-9 camp will be from 8:30-11am and for grades 4-6 camp will be from 12:30-2:30pm.
The clinic will be located at Schouler Park in North Conway .
The fee for the clinic is $60.
The instructors are Kennett High School coaches and players.

NCCC and the Kennett High School football coaching staff
would like to invite you to
EAGLE CAMP 2008
The Kennett High School coaching staff and various youth coaches from the Mount Washington Valley will provide the coaching.
Camp Goals : Eagle Camp is a limited contact football camp for any child from 4 th grade to 12 th grade who wants to improve his football skills and learn the fundamentals needed to play football while building confidence in his ability to play football.
Dates: July 28 th -July 31 st at Kennett High School . Park in rear parking lot.
Grades 4-6: 4:00pm-5:30pm Equipment night July 25 th at 6:00pm @ NCCC.
Grades 7-12 : 6:00pm-8:30 pm
Equipment night July 27 th at 6:00pm @ KHS gym.
What You Need for Camp: You will need athletic sneakers, football cleats, a mouthpiece and a SIGNED REGISTRATION FORM/WAIVER SLIP. Helmets and shoulder pads will be provided (See equipment night dates above).
Cost: The early bird cost (prior to June 19 th ) will be $25 per player. After this date the cost will be $35. Last day to register is July 25 th . This will include a T-shirt, equipment, use of the facilities and coaching.

Kindergarten Soccer
Kindergarten Soccer is a six-week instructional program on Wednesdays beginning September 10 th from 3:30-4:30 behind John Fuller on Falcon Field.
Registration Fee: $10.
3 rd & 4 th Grade Soccer
3 rd & 4 th Grade Soccer is a seven-week program on Mondays and Wednesdays beginning on September 8 th from 3:30-5:00 on Whitaker Field.
Registration Fee: $10.
1 st and 2 nd Grade Soccer
1 st and 2 nd Grade Soccer is a seven-week program on Mondays beginning September 8 th from 3:30-4:30 behind John Fuller on Falcon Field.
Registration Fee: $10.
5 th and 6 th Grade Soccer
5 th & 6 th Grade Soccer is a seven-week program on Mondays and Wednesdays beginning on September 8 th from 3:30-5:00 at Schouler Park .
Registration Fee: $10.
Flag Football
Flag Football is for 2 nd -3 rd graders or any child who does not want to play tackle football and starts on Tuesday September 9 th from 3:30-5:00 at Schouler Park . Practices will be held on Tuesday and Thursdays.
Registration Fee: $10.
Youth Field Hockey
Field Hockey is for 3 rd -6 th graders and starts on Tuesday, September 9 th from 3:30-5:00 at Whitaker Field. Practices will be held on Tuesday and Thursdays. Mouth guards will be provided and must be picked up at NCCC before the first practice.

This is an introductory program to cross country running for children who enjoy running. Throughout this program children will increase their distances to roughly 2 miles.
Please make sure that your child is series about running before signing up.
North Conway Tackle Football League
State Line Youth Football League
This program will introduce kids who are entering 4 th – 6 th grades how fun and exciting it is to play tackle football.
Players who join the league will be given equipment, including helmets, shoulder pads and jerseys for the duration of the program.
Participants from North Conway as well as Fryeburg will play games on Saturday mornings and Wednesday nights throughout the season in North Conway or Fryeburg.
Practices will be held during the week at the coaches' availability.
Tryouts will be held on August 4 th and 5 th at 5:00pm at Schouler Park . Practices will begin the following week.
The fee is $75. The North Conway Community Center does provide scholarships for anyone who is unable to pay the full fee.
If you are interested in coaching please sign up at registration time. You will be contacted by the Community Center and required to attend the coaches meeting for tackle football. If you have any question please call the North Conway Community Center .
Cheerleading for Tackle Football
Who: Youth entering grades 4-6
Dates: The first day is August 20th at the North Conway Community Center . Cheerleaders will have practice twice a week on Wednesdays from 5:30-7:30 and Saturday mornings from 10:00am -12:00pm. Cheerleaders will be required to attend games on Wednesday nights or Saturday mornings. Game schedule will be determined depending on the number of cheerleading teams.
Cost: $30.00 (includes a t-shirt and a sweatshirt)
